Chains with no catalogue equivalent, chains no longer in production, or chains that take months to import are produced from your sample. In industry, nothing costs more than a stopped line.
Five steps from sample to delivery
We respond to the initial assessment the same day. Production time after dimension approval depends on the complexity of the part; you are kept informed at every stage.
Send the sample or the drawing
A single link of the old chain, a clear photograph or a technical drawing is enough. WhatsApp works too.
We take the measurements
Pitch, pin diameter, bushing and roller dimensions, plate thickness and attachment geometry are measured and confirmed in writing.
We choose the material together
We advise on material and heat treatment based on working load, speed, temperature and environment.
Production after approval
Once you approve the dimensions and the price, production starts in our own workshop.
Inspection and dispatch
Dimensions are checked after production; chain, sprocket and attachment assembly ship together.
